Lebo took over as Managing Director in September 2015. Lebo worked for the following Mining House Harmony Gold, Consmurch and Sibanye Gold, where he held a number of senior roles, including Business Leader and Metallurgical Manager.

Sipho Mdlalose – Divisional Director Director – Metallurgy and Finance Portfolios
 

Career Experience:

Sipho has been overseeing portfolios of Metallurgy and Finance since April 2016. Sipho acquired his technical and leadership experience solely during his employ in Anglo American Platinum over 16 years, where he held various positions in both research and production environments, ranging from project leader to operation leader.

Trevor Mfeka – Divisional Director Director – Engineering and Safety Portfolios
 

Career Experience:

Trevor has been the director of the Engineering and Safety Portfolios since inception of the business. Trevor gained his extensive experience as a mechanical engineer in the mining sector, where he held various engineering positions over 18 years.

Career Experience:

Michael heads the WattPower Africa in Bulawayo. Michael has wealth of experience in the business world, having been exposed to 12 years of banking and finance experience as Branch and Operations Manager at Standard Chartered Bank. He has studied business leadership with Zimbabwe Institute of Management. A passionate networker with widespread links across various sectors of the economy including Finance, Mining and Energy sectors.
